In my visualisation video series I use pictures and sound but often I describe other senses. The simple exercise in this video is to encourage you to develop your awareness of your senses and how you best visualise. I provide two examples in which we describe the five senses of sound, sight, touch, smell and taste.
The first example is a recent positive, happy event, such as a holiday by the sea.
The second example is a Barbeque (BBQ).
These are only 2 examples combining sound, sight, touch, smell and taste.
